Another spring wedding on the blog! Chris and Myriah’s wedding day was so fun to be a part of! I met Myriah and her mom at a wedding show last year and we clicked immediately! So glad that she trusted my to capture her wedding day. Despite lots of crazy weather here in Louisville this spring, they got a beautiful day (albeit a little windy) to tie the knot! A Picture Perfect Spring Wedding at Woodhaven
Chris and Myriah tied the knot on a beautiful spring day at the Woodhaven Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky. With soft sunlight filtering through the trees and fresh green fairways stretching out in every direction, the setting was as romantic as it was timeless. The couple chose a color palette of pinks and purples with lots of whimsical touches in decor.
Myriah was such a beautiful bride in her dress from Rebecca’s Wedding Boutique (a favorite vendor here at MM Photo Co). Chris looked equally handsome in a grey suit with a floral tie to bring in the spring vibes. The bridal party wore a gorgeous lavender color that tied everything together.
The ceremony took place outdoors, with white chairs lined neatly on the lawn overlooking the pond. Once the guests were seated, Myriah walked down the aisle while Chris waited with a tearful smile. The vows were heartfelt and personal—an emotional moment that left not a dry eye in the crowd.
Afterward, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, followed by a lively reception in the country club’s elegant ballroom. Soft blush and gold accents, twinkling chandeliers, and a dance floor full of joy made the evening unforgettable. From their first dance to the cake cutting, every detail reflected Chris and Myriah’s style— whimsical and full of love.
