What a joy it is to share this wedding! We were back at The Refinery this spring to celebrate the union of high school sweethearts, Colin and Zoe. This couple is truly one of the sweetest. Both bride and groom shed many happy tears throughout the day and it was so fun to capture it. Keep reading to learn more about their Spring Wedding at The Refinery.
Spring Elegance in Southern Indiana
Colin and Zoe’s wedding was the epitome of spring elegance—fresh, modern, and filled with personal touches. Nestled in the heart of Jeffersonville, Indiana, The Refinery’s industrial-chic vibe provided the perfect contrast to the soft, romantic florals and pastel color palette.
Before the ceremony, Colin and Zoe shared a tear-filled first look and took time to share private vows with each other. These were some of my favorite photos from the whole day! Afterwards, Zoe shared a first look with her dad – yet another sweet moment that had many in tears.
Meanwhile, guests began to arrive and take their seats in the gorgeous courtyard for an outdoor ceremony. Officiated by a personal friend of the couple, the ceremony was intimate and heartfelt,. Colin teared up as he watched his beautiful bride walk down the aisle. The ceremony was short and sweet and they sealed the deal with a kiss. At last they were Mr. and Mrs. Smith!
Guests enjoyed signature cocktails and some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had. To anyone planning a wedding in the Louisville area, I cannot recommend Table for 2 Catering enough!! Meanwhile, Colin and Zoe snuck away for a few photos in the golden hour light. Afterwards, the newlyweds joined their guests in dancing the night away.
From Zoe’s effortlessly elegant gown to Colin’s classic tailored suit, every detail was a reflection of their style and love story. It was a day full of laughter, happy tears, and unforgettable moments—exactly what a Spring Wedding at The Refinery should be.
Congratulations, Colin and Zoe! Your day was nothing short of magic. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness!
