Wedding season has officially begun here at MM Photo Co! It was such an honor to capture this gorgeous couple’s wedding day. It feels good to be back in the swing of things!
Nicole and Joey’s Mellwood Art Center Wedding was a celebration of love and Kentucky bourbon. Surrounded by the artistic ambiance of this Louisville classic venue, their special day was nothing short of magical. The Mellwood Art Center, with its towering windows, exposed brick, and unique art pieces, provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s March wedding.
Nicole was an absolutely gorgeous bride in her lace gown! Joey’s blue suit and pink floral tie brought a spring vibe, even though the weather was not quite there yet! The bridesmaids wore shades of pink and sage green to bring the color scheme together.
The ceremony began as Nicole’s dad walked her down the aisle to a smiling Joey, ready to commit to forever with his bride. The ceremony was intimate and full of joy, officiated by a personal friend. Then the party really began!
The reception followed in the Mellwood’s Picasso Ballroom, where guests enjoyed a night filled with drinks, dancing, and delicious tacos. The dance floor was full all night as this crowd knew how to have a good time! The evening culminated in a heartfelt last dance under the soft glow of the venue’s twinkle lights, with the couple surrounded by family and friends who shared in their joy.
Nicole and Joey’s wedding was a stunning testament to their love and the beginning of their forever. Mellwood Art Center proved to be the perfect place for this couple to start their new chapter together in the most beautiful way possible. A huge congratulations to the Northeners!
