Spring is officially here in Kentucky! Taylor and Shane’s Thursday wedding in Georgetown, Kentucky was truly a celebration of spring weather here in the bluegrass. After a weekend of crazy rain and flooding, the blue skies and fluffy white clouds were paid actors in our photos. An Evan’s Orchard Wedding
Taylor and Shane chose a colorful palette of bright blues and greens. I LOVE a colorful wedding! The tables were beautifully decorated and the reception space was filled with personal details and activities. This wedding was truly a family affair, with most of the vendors being family including the caterer and florist! A fun personal touch to any wedding day.
Taylor was a vision in her beaded gown. Truly one of the most striking dresses I’ve seen recently! Shane was equally handsome in a classic black tux. They shared a first look and exchanged gifts. Then the ceremony began! The bride was radiant with joy as she walked down the aisle to meet her groom, who couldn’t stop smiling the moment he saw her. The ceremony took place overlooking the orchards, surrounded by the people who love them most.
After the ceremony and the formal family photos, it was time for the party! Taylor and Shane’s wedding reception was SO fun. They had a bounce house which was enjoyed by children and adults throughout the night! The guests danced the night away, enjoying the bubble guns they used for their exit photos. Despite some late night rain, the happy couple had a perfect wedding day!
