And just like that my 2024 wedding season has come to an end! Now if only the editing process could go by just as quick! I can’t believe that 27 couples invited me into their wedding day to capture their memories this year. The gratitude for my clients is so real. I can’t wait to tell you about Billy and Kayleen’s River’s Edge Venue wedding.
A River’s Edge Venue Wedding in November
Billy and Kayleen were a special wedding to end the 2024 season. Kayleen was the maid of honor in one of my summer 2023 weddings. When she got engaged last fall, she reached out and booked her wedding day with me as well. I truly love getting to see my former clients at my weddings and getting to stay connected in their lives.
Kayleen looked absolutely stunning in her Essence of Australia gown with dramatic sleeves with floral decals. Her long, dark hair was styled in gorgeous Hollywood waves that I am absolutely obsessed with. Our groom chose a tan suit which coordinated very well with the bohemian style decor and fall foliage outside. In a short but sweet ceremony, Billy and Kayleen exchanged vows and rings and then sealed the deal with a kiss.
This fall wedding day was full of heartfelt moments that left the guests in tears and/or full of laughter! Some highlights of the reception included the Best Man’s toast, the groom’s serenade to the bride, and dancing to the final song of the evening, Alphaville’s Forever Young. Very fitting for this gorgeous couple’s new shared last name!
