The Kentucky Derby wasn’t the only thing to celebrate on May 2nd! Tori and Lucas celebrated a beautiful Spring Wedding in Frankfort surrounded by family, friends, and timeless traditions. Their wedding day took place at the historic First United Methodist Church in downtown Frankfort, Kentucky. From the meaningful ceremony to the fairytale details, every moment felt heartfelt and intentional.
The day began with quiet anticipation. Sunlight filled the church while guests gathered for the ceremony. Meanwhile, Tori and Lucas spent the morning getting ready with their closest family members and friends. Red florals added a bold and romantic touch throughout the day. Rich red bouquets paired perfectly with the traditional church setting and elegant spring atmosphere.
As the ceremony began, emotion filled the room. Tori walked down the aisle of the beautiful sanctuary while Lucas waited with the biggest smile. Their ceremony focused on faith, commitment, and family. Tori and Lucas served communion to the congregation as a commitment to ministry in their marriage. They sealed the deal with a kiss and were officially announced husband and wife!
Afterward, everyone celebrated together with laughter, hugs, and joyful conversations. The reception featured delicious catering and lots of sweet treats! We finished the day with a confetti exit in the beautiful spring weather. Downtown Frankfort offered so many unique spots for portraits of the newlyweds.
Tori and Lucas created a wedding day that felt elegant, meaningful, and full of joy. Their traditional church wedding in Frankfort, Kentucky perfectly captured the beauty of spring and the excitement of beginning a new chapter together.
