Guys… this one was good. Brock and Taylor’s The View at Plum Creek Wedding was unbelievably dreamy. Nestled in the heart of Taylorsville, this venue delivered sweeping views of Kentucky’s rolling hills, creating the perfect backdrop for their celebration.
A Perfectly Pink Spring Wedding in Kentucky
From the start, the design felt timeless and feminine. Soft pinks and crisp whites carried through every detail. Taylor was absolutely stunning in her gown with pearl accents and a giant bow detail on the back. She looked like the quintessential bridal Barbie with bridesmaids in pink as the cherry on top.
Brock and Taylor shared private vows before the ceremony, one of the sweetest parts of the day. They shared their love for each other and their commitment to putting God at the center of their marriage. The excitement was palpable as they said goodbye, knowing the next time they saw each other would be at the altar.
As guests arrived, the weather had its own plans. A cold wind swept across the hilltop, making the outdoor ceremony unpredictable. Even so, Brock and Taylor embraced every moment. They faced the cold and stayed present. And most importantly, they kept their focus where it mattered most.
Their Christ-centered ceremony stood at the heart of the day. Every word spoken reflected their faith and commitment. As a result, the atmosphere felt deeply meaningful and grounded. Guests watched and supported their new union, despite the chilly conditions.
Then, as the evening unfolded, everything shifted. After the formalities of the reception, we went outside to find that the wind had softened. The sky began to glow. And just when it felt like the day couldn’t get more beautiful, the sunset arrived. Shades of pink and orange painted the horizon, perfectly echoing the wedding palette. It was a breathtaking ending to an already emotional day.
