Brandon and Cassie’s wedding at The Woods at Cedar Springs in Louisville, Kentucky was pure magic. Surrounded by autumn colors and fallen leaves their day felt like a fall woodland fairytale. The soft sunlight filtered through the leaves, creating the perfect atmosphere for romantic wedding portraits.
The day began as the bride prepped for the big day! Surrounded by her bridal party, transformed into the most beautiful bride. After a tear-filled first look with her dad, we took some beautiful portraits of the bridal party on the grounds. Their floral arrangements were perfect with sunflowers and blue accents. Cassie’s veil had a floral detail that was to die for!
Cassie walked down the aisle with both of her parents. Her satin gown floated behind her, and Brandon’s eyes lit up the moment he saw her. Guests watched quietly as they exchanged vows and rings in the open-air pavilion. The natural wood textures and autumn coloring framed the ceremony beautifully. As a photographer, capturing their emotion against such a scenic backdrop was a dream.
After the ceremony, the golden hour light created stunning photo opportunities. Brandon and Cassie laughed, embraced, and enjoyed a few quiet moments together. Their connection came through effortlessly in every shot.
Then, the celebration continued inside the reception hall. Twinkling lights, warm florals, and wooden accents set a cozy, elegant tone.
